There can be positive and negative insinuation when one talks about the role of chairman in a company. Robert Bernstock has served as chairman as well as CEO for USCI Company and in these roles he has gotten to see the positive and negative elements first hand. By always being a man that embraces challenges, he has been able to keep the company growing as he did from 2014 through 2016. These two role held many responsibilities and in that, he was able to further develop his skills as a businessman.
