• Robert F Bernstock Has Been an Asset to His Employers

  • So far in his career, Robert F. Bernstock has served eight different companies as an executive officer and/or a director, including three companies ensconced in the Fortune 1000. In addition to those positions, he also spent two years as an executive with the United States Postal Service, which is the largest government agency in the world. In his role as President of the Mailing and Shipping Services Division of the agency, Bob Bernstock led the development and marketing of the popular Priority Mail Flat Rate box, marketed with tagline, “a simpler way to ship.” While he was there, the Postal Service saw more than $70 billion in sales revenue.

    With leadership roles with many companies in his background since 1992, Robert F. Bernstock has received endorsements for his leadership skills in many business areas, including his skills in leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, team building, organizational development, innovation, and change management. That last one seems to be the most important, from Robert Bernstock’s perspective, since a company’s ability to be flexible and be able to change when necessary is often the key to achieving and maintaining business success.

    Looking back at his career, it is clear; Robert F. Bernstock has been a key decision maker with many companies and he has enough experience in his background to mark him as a credible asset to many companies in many industries. That’s why he always seems busy. For example, Robert Bernstock has served as Chairman and CEO of USCI Company since January 2014 while also serving as President and CEO of Medical Services Associates, LLC, as well as a consultant for Central Garden and Pet Company, a major national marketer of branded lawn & garden and pet products.
